These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RingVine AI, an AI-powered call screening service operated by Brent Technologies LLC ("RingVine", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RingVine provides an AI-powered call screening assistant that answers your incoming calls, screens for spam and robocalls, takes messages, and forwards important calls to you. The service includes:

AI call screening and spam detection
Call forwarding and transfer
Voicemail and message taking
SMS notifications (missed calls, summaries, alerts)
Web portal for call management

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use RingVine.

3. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.
Plans: Personal ($14.99/mo), Pro ($29.99/mo), and Clone ($49.99/mo). See our website for current plan features.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Contact support for billing issues.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from RingVine including call notifications, account alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use RingVine for illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activity
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Use automated systems to abuse the service

6. Emergency Calls

RingVine is not a replacement for 911 or emergency services. Our AI assistant will attempt to detect emergency situations and immediately connect callers, but you should never rely solely on RingVine for emergency communication. Always call 911 directly in an emergency.

7. AI Limitations

RingVine uses artificial intelligence to screen calls. While we strive for accuracy, our AI may occasionally:

Misclassify a legitimate call as spam, or vice versa
Generate inaccurate call summaries
Fail to detect certain types of unwanted calls

We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

RingVine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brent Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed calls, incorrectly screened calls, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your portal settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
